Week 15 - A lot of changes!

Violet has gone through a lot of changes over the past 2-3 weeks! She is holding her head up so well that you can carry her on your hip and she is strong enough to hold her back and neck up. She also LOVES LOVES sitting in her bumbo chair! She just sits and watches everyone around her. Speaking of watching, she is VERY observant and will turn her head towards voices and noises and will follow objects all around the room! She also very very close to rolling over, when we put her on the floor on her back she will immediately roll onto her side and then she gets as far as her legs will completely "roll over" but her arms/chest is still on its side (if that makes any sense). But hey my boys were late in rolling/crawling/walking so I am not too worried about when she will become mobile and start rolling...I would prefer she wait a little longer for her mothers sanity sake!

Sleep is still good, most nights she wakes up once but even on her worst nights she only wakes up twice! She is still drooling like a maniac, in fact I think it has gotten worse! She is starting to laugh more frequently. Jacob's mission most days is to see what he can do to make her laugh! As of right now if he dances for her she busts up laughing.....hmmmmm guess that means he got my rhythm! Another crazy thing that has happened is that Violet has lost almost all of her hair on the sides and back and what hair she has kept on top has decided to start curling!!! Should be interesting, Jacob was born red and turned brown, Andrew was born black and turned blonde....wonder what Violet is going to get?
